Dr. Jessica Corriel is a passionate board certified Pediatric Dentist who is excited to bring the brightest smiles to the children of Connecticut. Dr. Corriel began her higher education at Allegheny College where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. Following, she achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she also earned Community Service Honors. In striving for excellence and the best training possible, Dr. Corriel completed a general practice residency at Jamaica Hospital in New York before receiving her Pediatric Dentistry Certificate at Montefiore Medical Center.
Dr. Corriel is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Achieving board certification is no easy feat and requires great determination and a commitment to the highest standards in dentistry. As a board certified Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Corriel does everything she can to make a child’s visit to the dentist as easy and comfortable as possible. She remembers having wonderful experiences with her own dentists growing up and draws upon those experiences to shape her own treatment philosophy.
Dr. Corriel’s favorite part of the job is the fact that children bring joy and energy to her day, making the job fun and rewarding. She enjoys building trusting relationships with her patients and their families, along with fostering a positive and comfortable environment that helps children feel less anxious about dental visits.
Her goal is to provide excellent dental care with compassion and respect. She strives to give every child a positive experience at the dentist because it lays the groundwork for a lifetime of great oral health. Dr. Corriel strongly believes in the importance of continuing education. As the field of dentistry is constantly evolving, she recognizes the importance of continuous learning and building upon the foundation of her specialty training to give patients the best and most current treatment possible.
When Dr. Corriel isn’t crafting beautiful, healthy smiles, she is spending time with her husband, Matt, their daughter, Georgia, and their son, Jackson. She loves to travel, and one of their favorite places to visit with their kids is Walt Disney World. Her other passions include photography and reading.
Dr. Corriel enjoys living with her family in Fairfield County. They love the sense of community, the wide variety of events offered and the beaches, and they delight in all four beautiful seasons.
