Who we are: We are a warm, kid-friendly children’s dental and orthodontic office that continues to grow thanks to our incredible patients and their families. As a bi-specialty group, we provide exceptional pediatric dental and orthodontic care all under one roof. Our goal is to make every visit positive, comfortable, and fun. At Commerce Park Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics, we love what we do and look forward to adding another friendly, motivated team member to our practice!

What we are looking for: We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized individual to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys working with children and families, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No dental experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person! This is a wonderful career opportunity for someone eager to grow and be part of a supportive, caring team.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • Verify insurance information and process patient forms

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
  • Educate children and their parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the dental software system
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure sterilization protocols are strictly followed
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about treatment needs and home care routines
  • Contribute to a fun, friendly environment that aligns with our kid-focused culture
